Outcome: McCormick spent over a million dollars in attorney's fees, after which they finally saw things Katherine's way. The conference now allows leafleting at all public doors entering the facility, and the case has set a precedent for all other publicly-owned conference centers. INDUSTRY GROUP AIMS AT KATHERINE, INSTEAD SHOOTS ITSELF IN FOOT

The Grocery Manufacturers of America, one of the world's largest trade organizations, was apparently planning a smear campaign against Katherine. Then it went horribly wrong.
