Mazda Stops Production of the Last Rotary Engine Powered Car - Slashdot.
Bummer. The greatest car I've ever owned was a standard transmission (gear shift), silver-blue Mazda RX-7 -- back in my single days. I still fantasize occasionally about someday owning one again.
Goodbye, Mazda rotary sports cars. :(
I am sad to see an end of an era.

I'm right there with ya Katherine, I had one when I was younger and single and I can relate. It was a great car and I miss it! Coincidently, I also had a Jeep much like the one behind the Rx7 in the photo (that was my other favorite vehicle I've owned).
