Fats and oils are one of the most contentious areas of nutrition today. Which oils are we supposed to eat? Which are we supposed to avoid? Why I don't blog more often... and my enormous "SENT" folder

I don't blog here as often as I wish I did, so I've stopped to ask myself why.

The answer? It's just not satisfying writing into the void. I am a decent writer, but without an audience, speaking to a blank page (or screen) just feels lonely and cold. Stopping cancer recurrence through copper depletion

Wheeee! I am super excited because I am about to join a new clinical trial that may well save my life.
